Directions from the motorway.

1 Leave M6 at junction 36 and take the A590 to Grange-over-Sands and Barrow. There is a big roundabout about 4 miles from the M6 - take the first exit and continue along the A590

2 A590  About a mile from the A5074 to Windermere along the Lyth Valley, turn right.  The sign, by speed camera, reads: "Millside and Beck Head".

Dyer Dene is about 3/4 of a mile down a lane from the A590. Finding the lane is easy but please note the enlarged inset map. Don't rely on your sat. nav. at this stage but look for the red telephone box instead. A copy of this map will be sent to you with the key to the cottage.
