Three Bedrooms - One double, two with twin beds. There is also a cot.
Bathroom - With a bath, shower and toilet.
Separate Toilet - With a hand basin. There is also a 3rd outside toilet.
Sitting Room - Comfortably furnished with colour TV, radio, record player and a large selection of books, records and games.
Dining Room
Kitchen - 4 ring electric cooker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine.
Garage - Doubles as a games room with darts, table-tennis and a pool table.
Gardens - To front and rear with outdoor seating and a barbecue.
Heating - There is an open coal fire or a 3kw electric fire in the sitting room and storage heaters in the sitting room, dining room and at the top of the stairs. All other rooms also have electric heating.
Electricity - By a meter reading at the end of your holiday.
Coal - Available in bags in the garden shed. Can be purchased as required.
Linen - Please provide your own duvet covers or sheets, pillowslips and towels. There are plenty of blankets if you don't want a duvet. Linen can be supplied at a charge of £6 per person per week and £10 for the double bed. This also includes all towels.
Pets - Welcome if kept under proper control and off the furniture!
Local Amenities, good food is served in the local pubs.
There in now an Indian Restaurant on the A590 in the ex Little Chef Restaurant.
Milnthorpe, Kendal and Grange have all the amenities of small towns.
